Meet Jess

Lit by Spirit grew from my own experiences with love, loss, intuition, healing, and the strange turns life sometimes takes. My background in nursing and human services has given me the privlege of walking beside people through some of life's most vunerable moments. While navigating my career, family life, and my own journey, I have learned  how important connection, humor, and simply being heard can be. 

Lit by Spirit is where those pieces of my life come together.  So whether we're sitting down for a reading, having a conversation, talking openly about your journey or end of life, or you simply found something here that made you feel a little less alone, I want you to know, I am glad you are here.
